Task : I was asked to take the GOV.UK project to my portfolio of Risk Management projects : My objective was to enable sensible risk management decisions & communication
Result : A final version of the risk management documents were submitted with reported risk treatments and plans for future treatments, revised residual risks to within risk tolerance and a request to the SIRO for Risk Acceptance.
