Result : These controls were implemented through a set of procedures which are summarised in the ECINS SyOPS which defined the procedures to be followed for the business to operate an Information Security Management System ( ISMS ) in accordance with ISO 27001 and the associated policies and controls.

The Security Working Group had not functioned for several months because of pressure of work before I arrived. I was asked to organise this group.
Result : I chaired these meetings and produced minutes of record of actions agreed, taken and deferred and ensured that discussions took place in line with an agreed standing agenda and terms of reference . The minute of record was available to SIRO for review.
